I would not recommend Vertu Jaguar Exeter because there is no personal service when telephoning - constantly goes to central board somewhere in South Shields who don’t know why I’m calling. If the call went directly to the dealership they would know their customer. Constantly emailing instead unsure if someone will call?? The sales staff were all very good, although there isn’t enough time to go through a thorough handover as understandably this would take several hours, not many items we would pay >40k for and not fully understand the capabilities!!
